These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to the Fleet Cloud website and the pilot application form. Fleet Cloud is a product by OctaScale Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1) Early access pilot

• Fleet Cloud is currently in early access / pilot stage.
• Submitting the pilot form does not guarantee acceptance.
• We may limit pilot spots, pause onboarding, or change pilot scope at our discretion.

2) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information in the pilot form.
• Disrupt the site (including DDoS, automated abuse, scraping beyond reasonable use).

3) Content & intellectual property

• The website, branding, UI, and content are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may view and use this site for business evaluation purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding/content commercially without written permission.

4) Pilot communications

• We may contact you via email/phone/WhatsApp regarding your pilot request and next steps.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you by emailing hello@octascale.com.

5) Disclaimers

• The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
• Any example metrics shown on the site are illustrative; results vary by fleet and operations.

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website.

7) Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and publish the new version here.
